Gary Anderon

Gary Anderson’s primary practice at our law company is hazardous exposure litigation, community exposure cases, FELA railroad injuries, CERCLA claims, class actions, and other toxic tort concerns. In addition to representing many companies and towns in the BP oil disaster claims, he is in charge of our subrogation section.

We concentrate on instances involving individuals who were exposed to chemicals in a hazardous setting, as well as those who did nothing wrong but were rendered terminally sick by the actions of others.
